European Pinball Championship 2009
All four EPC finalists will receive trophies and cash prizes. Once the EPC expenses have been deducted (for things like trophies, banners and room hire), all entry fees will go into the prizes. With a few expenses still to be confirmed, we estimate the prizes will be:
First place - EPC Trophy + £400* + gold EPC medal
Second place - Trophy + £200 + silver EPC medal
Third place - Trophy + £100 + bronze EPC medal
Fourth place - Trophy + £50 + bronze EPC medal
Apart from the cash and trophies, all EPC players will receive double WPPR points.
In addition, four special places in the following weekend's IFPA World Championship are also up for grabs to the top EPC finishers who haven't yet qualified for the event. The winners of these places will be informed once the results are known.
*£400 is approximately $650 or €467.
EPC Country Competition 2009
The four players in the winning team will all receive: laser-etched crystal trophies + gold EPC medals.
The four second-placed team members will receive: silver EPC medals.
The four third-placed team members will receive: bronze EPC medals.
EPC Classic Tournament 2009
The four finalists will all receive laser-etched crystal trophies + EPC medals.
UK Pinball Kids Tournament 2009
There will be separate tournaments held on Saturday and Sunday. The top three players each day will receive glass trophies and EPC badges.
With chances to win in the EPC, the Country Competition and the Classic (along with the Kids Tournament for the younger players) it's sure to be an exciting weekend of challenging pinball for everyone.
Good luck. |
